Oria provides AI-powered virtual companion experiences including text chat, voice calls, and video interactions. All companions are artificial intelligence entities and not real people.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Oria, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All content, features, and functionality of Oria are owned by Oria Systems and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Oria AI companions are not substitutes for professional mental health services, therapy, or real human relationships.
9. Limitation of Liability
Oria Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
